There is a "C" clip behind the handle that has to be removed. Your local auto parts store can sell you a tool for that purpose. The tool should cost aprox $5.
When you pull the knobs off, the remaining studs wi;ll have thin nuts on them. Remove these, and it will pull out of the back.
This is not an easy job. First take off the trum pad by removing the door and window knobs then all the screws you can find, then the retainers on the sides and botttom of the door. The regulator is hard to get out and there are sharp edges inside the door that can cut you badly. I suggest you take it to the auto trim shop.
gently pry out evenly on surround shroud. slide red locking clip from wire bundle to release. pull off knobs and remove switch from housing.
Most shift knobs remove by turning them counter clockwise( sitting in the truck on the drivers side). Some of these are hard to remove so use steady constant pressure when turning.
To replace shower knobs, first turn off the water supply. Remove the existing knobs by unscrewing them. Install the new knobs by screwing them in place and turning the water supply back on. Test the knobs to ensure they are working properly.
Try turning down all knobs on your bass. Some basses have two volume knobs, one for each pickup.
A hammer.
Remove the knobs, remove the dash panel, and replace the switch.
Its actually pretty easy. Fist use small screw driver and from the bottom center pry up the power window module or face plate if you do not have power windows. Once out unplug the power window switch module and set it off to the side. Note: You will nee to unlock the connector prior to unplugging. Remove screw holding top of bezel. Next remove control knobs for heat/ac, fan speed,and hot/cold by pulling each one straight out, you me need a pair of pliers for this just be careful not to mar up the knobs. Now to remove the bezel place you hand into the opening where the power window switches were and pull. Slide your fingers around the edges and make sure you pull as straight out as possible to prevent breaking any tabs. pop the trunk there's two plastic knobs,uscrew by hand and remove the bolt on top of the brakelight. pull the tail light straight out and just turn the desired bulb socket counter clockwise to remove the socket and the same to remove the lightbulb.
remove heater bezzel (remove knobs and remove two Philips screws.) just pull out, do not remove. then unclip and remove stereo bezzel.
