Remover the socket head cap screws from the fender struts and remover the tail light/ turn signal wiring from the tabs underneath the fender and you should be home free.
behind the inner fender on pass. side . remover the inner fender well .
The battery is inside the left front fender, in front of the tire on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze.

The battery is under the front fender of a breeze have to take driver side tire off and inside fender out ,then you will see the battery.
It is on the passenger side inner fender, under the hood.It is on the passenger side inner fender, under the hood.
You need to pipe the air intake into the fender.
On my 1990 it is the middle relay on the left fender between the battery and the shock tower.
remove grill,remove bumper,unbolt fender bracket off bumper bracket,take off splash pan in between door and fender,take out fender bolts,don't forget bolts on bottom of fender.there is a bolt under the fender ,back by the door at the top.pull fender off.good luck.
Under the hood, right (passenger) side. You have to remove the support bracket that goes from the fender to the radiator support. Under that bracket is a small fuse box (you can see it on the inner fender). The cover should give you the locations. Should be a fuse and a relay for each fan.
It is under the inner fender liner in front of the driver side front tire.
