With the CD in the drive, simply right click on the drive and choose "Properties" rename the CD.

It's because the CD #2 is probably indexed using the same identifier as the CD #1. When you rip CD #1, make sure that both the WMP Library entry and the physical folder in Windows Explorer mention something like " - Vol. 1" at the end of the album name, so that all songs will go to the proper folder. You should rename the album while it rips the first track to be sure it won't go under 2 different names and folders, if you don't want to rename it afterwards. Same for CD #2, 3, etc., make sure they go under their own album names and folders.
