Same as for any other unconscious victim. Based on what is found on site, need to be aware of possibility of trauma injuries and then work according to PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support)

∙ 12y agoTreat the surface burns caused by the electricity like you would any burn, and check to make sure their heart is still beating. Perform CPR if necessary, and get them to a hospital as soon as possible. Electrical shocks can cause serious internal damage.
