It's very similar in Hebrew. except that Hebrew letters are used as numbers. So Genesis 1:1 would be (right to left):

בראשית א״א

Instead of a colon (:) Hebrew separates the chapter and verse with a symbol called "gershayim" (גרשיים) that looks like quotation marks.

You can't write Ephesians 2 8-10 like this, because this is not a book of the Hebrew Bible. Hebrew translations of the New Testament generally use western numbers and English book names.

Here is my attempt, but the problem is, that these verses refer to concepts that don't exist in Hebrew, such as the devil and "heavenly realms". I did my best (for devil, I used the word "monster"):
