It depends what is wrong with it. Though you could replace the broken internals, the easiest solution is to throw it away and get a Nite Finder or Maverick.

∙ 13y agoThere are a variety of methods. For comedic value, if a small chunk is removed you could use Mighty Putty to put it together, and then paint it over the same colour. Or if there is just a tear, you could superglue it closed.
Gorilla Glue also works well on foam objects, better than superglue.
