You must remove the transmission pan and fluid. There are 18 hex bolts holding the valve body on. Remove them. Next remove air cleaner assembly on top of the motor and remove linkage to top of tranny. After valve body is removed you will see the sensor.
The speed sensor, on your Dodge Stratus, is located on the back of the transmission. The speed sensor has a wire leading to the front wheel.
