Check the drain tubes. If you pull off the a-pillar trims (between the windshield and the door glass) you'll notice a rubber hose that runs down the a-pillar to the firewall. take them off the moonroof end and blow them out with air. there's one on each side.

the fuel pump is in the gas tank
probaly radiator have it pressure tested
as far as I know code 35 is cooling fan problem.
You will know if you have a leaky water pump because it will be leaking coolant out of the water pump.

Location of the fuel pressure regulator on a 1997 Dodge Stratus
Get one from an auto repair store. (autozone, o'riely's, napa,ect.) Haynes, Chilton or otherwise. They sell them there. You might need to order one, call ahead to see.

You need to find and repair the vacuum leak.
