The fronts get changed the normal way, the rears you have to screw in the pistons, don't try to compress them you will ruin the caliber.
1. Take the tire off 2. Take the brake calipers off. (there are 2 bolts on the back side of the calipers) then you can remove the calipers and rotors.

I am not quite sure what you mean. If the pads are good, and the rotor's are good, and not out of round, then, the only thing left is that the calipers are seizing. Is this on one or both sides? When was the last brake job? Have the calipers been serviced? If you need to replace the calipers, ( best ) the cost is under $ 20.00 per side for rebuilt. Good luck.
Remove the tire and wheel from your 1993 Lincoln Town car . Remove the brake spring and break caliper. Remove the brake rotor by tapping on it with a hammer or mallet. Slide the rotor off. Reverse the process to install the new rotor and brake pads.
