You have to take off plastic door covering by pulling gently around edge after removing the screws,then you will have to drill out the rivets that hold the motor on to the door,replace the motor and use bolts to replace the rivets ,make sure to grind bolt ends off enough that they dont hit moving parts. This is a very time consuming job that does require some skill and tools to do.
