I'm assuming you mean the power window regulator.
kind of looks like a bow and arrow type bow.
buy a new one or get one from a junk yard they are riveted into place.
You will need to drill out the rivets be very careful of the 2 that hold the window
I shattered the window trying to drill them out.
I used bolts with nylon lock nuts to re-attach the window regulator
I let a glass shop replace the window I broke.
