A USB on a car radio can be used to listen to music. One can plug in their iPod or MP3 player listen to songs on the car stereo rather than listening to the radio.
If your car only has a radio, you will need to purchase an FM aux tuner. This will then plug into your iPod and you will tune your cars radio to the frequency that is set on the aux tuner.
yeah you can!!! i tried it and it really works...
Usually when you get the radio the place you bought it will have a wiring harness that will fit the car. If not then go to a radio installation shop and ask for one. This will then plug right into the factory car harness and then you connect the radio to this harness. That's it. Good luck.
Hardwire means "physical stuff not software". It means: take the loose wires of your radio - (No factory plug on the wires) and tie it to the wires of the car radio wiring. (There are wiring kits that may adapt your vehicle to the radio if both of the radios still has it's plug $&20) You have to match and splice, or tie together all of the desired or required wires from your new radio to the vehicle radio wiring... I suggest you do not cut out the vehicle radio plug but skin the wires back a little here and there (and tape up afterwards) to get a connction you need and solder the radio's leads to the vehicle wiring just behind the original's radio plug. LOL
try the local library and get a chiltons repair manual for your car.
ou can get satellite radio decks that work in your home or your car. These are called plug and play.
if your car will not stay charged, try running radio lights and all sorts of things that plug in to ac plug and if your car dies you need a new alternator
In the Isuzu Rodeos car manual or repair manual there should be a radio diagram. Most radios can be exchanged with the factory radio though a harness may need to be purchased.
You have to go purchase an aftermarket wiring harness. that will plug into the factory harness then you can wire it to the aftermarket radio.
In the Ford Escapes car manual or repair manual there should be a radio diagram. Most radios can be exchanged in place of the factory radio though a harness may need to be purchased.
Best thing to do when the radio is bad, is forget repairing it. Not cost effective. Check salvage yards if you want a factory radio, or just purchase an after market radio, and intall it.
