You need to buy the floor repair kit in the shop, put it next to the floor spot you want to fix, and drag your people onto the spot. They will say on the little bar that they are repairing the floor. But you will need to make them fix the floor around ten times. But your floor stuff only fixes one hole. Hope I helped!
