The canister is located under the rear of the car near the muffler and the gas tank.
Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands.
Remove the muffler.
Mark and number all the hoses on the canister. You want to get them back the right locations when you install the new one.
Remove the fuel tank vent hose from the canister by pinching the tabs on the hose together.
Disconnect the electrical connections from the pressure sensor and switching valve.
Remove the mounting bolts and remove the canister from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse of the removal.
