You can buy headliners from a shop that does upholstery and convertible tops. Listed in Yellow Pages under "Automobile Trim", or maybe from dealer, but the latter probably more expensive. The plastic moldings around the windows come off with a few screws, and there are 3 or 4 fasteners in the top that you will probably destroy when you pry them off, buy you can buy these, too, cheap.
