First you need to evaluate your own mechanical skills. You will be doing body work, and mechanical. Find a replacement prior to starting so you know what you are taking off. Using a combination of air chisel and spot weld removing drill, get every item off the support. You will need to remove the bumper, headlights, and grill too. Plan to find more under there that needs replacement. A combination of 17mm, 14mm, 12mm and 10mm bolts and some fasteners will be removed during the exercise. It is best to replace with a prepainted (except for weld areas) support. Buy or rent a spot welder, or just plan to bolt it back in. For the 93's you will have a SRS sensor too, be ready with a big torx. Not that horrible of a job if you have the time to be altima free for a few days while you work.
You can find the supports on ebay, just watch the cheap price/high ship deals.
