The IAT sensor (Intake Air Temperature) is an integral part of the Mass Air Flow sensor. If the IAT sensor must be replaced, you must replace the MAF sensor
Check the connection at the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor, it may be disconnected or damaged, if not replace the sensor. The IAT sensor should be located in the air inlet snorkel between the throttle body and the air filter box.

Trouble code P0113 means: IAT Sensor Circuit High Input Replace the IAT sensor
The Intake Air Temp sensor is integral to the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). It cannot be replaced seperately. The MAF sensor would need to be replaced if you are trying to replace the IAT sensor. - TechJK -----------------------------------
disconnect the sensor from the wiring harness, removed the screw holding the sensor on, remove/replace and re-secure the screw and reconnect the wires.
