First thing is to get the vin number, model , year , doors, manual or automatic. The pump is located under the back seats, to access the pump, you will need to move the front seats to the furthest point to the front, and unlock the back seats, just push them down and towards the front seats. The pump is located on the driver side and it is protected with a black round cover, unclipped with a screwdriver. Some of the differents model of Peugeot 206 got a return hose and some does not have them. To make sure you order the right one have a look how many outlets got your pump. Once you got the right fuel pump, you will have to disconnected the battery, so you won't have any earth and therefore sparks could ignite the fuel. Remove the electrical connection and hoses to removed them just press the colour band with a screw driver and pull the hose out of the pump. The pump is hold down with a black ring, to take it off you will need a special tool but if this is unavailable you will the help of someone to hit it anticlock wise at the same time, be careful not to brake it as you will need to purchase another one. The O ring will need to be replace as they became out of shape and streched after a long time. The installation is reversal of what you have done so far, you have to make sure the o ring is properly install and you have to keep the pump down by a piece timber while you screw the black ring.
