1. jack up car
2. remove tire
3. remove brake caliper & seat (both have 2 bolts)
4. remove axle-nut (30mm socket required)
5. remove brake rotor
6. free steering knuckle (if memory serves all that is needed is to remove 2 upper bolts from the strut and it will pull down, you shouldn't have to diconnect it from the lower ball joint, you'll need either a large breaker bar or a steel pipe to fit over your ratchet for leverage)
7. Now the cv joint is free and should pull right out (with a little convincing), you'll probably need a big screw driver type pry-bar to get it out
8.make sure when you put the new one in the splines are fully inserted, oh and if it's the driver side cv make sure you have a bucket under the base because a little tranny oil will spill out when you pull it out.
9. other than that the installation is the reverse of removal
all in all its a fairly easy job, but if you've never done it before its bound to cause a headache or two before you get her done... but youll be proud once you did
i might have screwed the order of the steps up a little but you get the idea... good luck
