The flex on the 1992 maxima is not, to my knowledge, replaceable. What you need is the front pipe and associated gaskets and bolts/studs. I had mine replaced 2 months ago, runs great. if old bolts/studs are thinthen you need new ones. try eBay for the front pipe, got mine for $100. beware of broken manifold gaskets and studs because the removal of the front pipe might jolt some stuff around.
I assume you mean a broken cornering light?? Open the hood, there is ONE screw and a mecahnical plastic pin than has to be jiggled out. The whole unit then will come out in your hand. If you are just replacing the bulb then you have to twist the bulb socket to remove it and the bulb for its replacement. Anyhow be careful and the whole assembly will come out. Th epalstic pin I am talking about is sort of holding one end of the assembly between the metaal chssis and the assembly.

Depending on the engine you have you may need 4 or 6 ignition coils. If one is old and broken then chances are the others are in the same condition where they will share the same fate as the broken one so replace them all. One will cost about $18 on ebay. If you get them from a Nissan dealer or your local autoparts store it would cost you about $70. If you have a mechanic install them I don't know what the total price would be.
You MUST replace it.
