I don't think 1999 F150 had a cabin air filter option. I have never seen an F150 with a cabin air filter, and all the guys around here I have asked have never seen one either.
no
Of course, it has a cabin air filter. Mostly, all newer cars have cabin air filters now a days.
The 2003 Ford F1 50 cabin air filter is located behind the dashboard. The air filter will be on the passenger side of the passenger cabin.
Purchase a Purolator filter as it comes with complete instructions. I think you will find that a 1998 F150 does not have a cabin filter.
you have to take the black plastic trim that is encasing the wipers/cowling piece that is at the bottom of the windshield

Doesn't have one.
In the back of the glove compartment usually.
Check owner's manual. If you don't have one copy and paste link below; www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals
Open the hood and the filter should be at the air intake under a screen on the passenger side under the wiper blade area. The '97-'98 F-150's do NOT have a cabin filter. Very odd, but true.
Don't think it has one. Started in 96 or so. Generally, if your vehicle does not have a recirculation knob/switch/button, it doesn't have a cabin filter.
