i am pretty sure the gt had the 2.5L engine. if that is the case this is the procedure:
1. relieve the fuel pressure.
2. disconnect the fuel return tube.
3. remove vacuum line from fuel pressure regulator
4. remove mounting bolts to fuel rail and remove regulator
5. remove the o-ring from fuel rail and replace before installing new regulator
reverse procedure to install
The Regulator for a 1994 Deville is mounted on the fuel rail. Disconnect the battery, then relieve fuel pressure. Remove the vacuum line from the regulator and unscrew it to replace.
