take the 2 fuel lines off the pump , take the 2 bolts out of the pump that holds it to the engine and pull it off, get the new pump and put the new gasket on the back of it with permetex, look inside fuel pump hole on the engine and you will see a pump rod hanging down, get a big gob of grease and push the fuel pump rod upwards and put a gob of grease on the end of the rod to hold it up out of the way while you insert the new pump into place and start and tighten the 2 bolts that hold it to the engine, install the 2 fuel lines that you took off the old pump to the new one and your done.
