The optional 5.7 engine used in the '90-'93 Cadillac Broughams is the Chevrolet 350.
I have a 1978 coupdiville cadillac my blower quit working and there is a relay above your fuse box and if it goes bad your heater wont turn on. I had to replace it with a after market heavy duty relay away from where it is originally plugged in. Also my ground wire connection was dirty and wouldn't turn on until I cleaned the connection so try that and see if it works or you might need to replace the motor.
Check the A/C fuse, that's what happened on my '85.
I also had a hard time finding the blower motor on my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 4 door. In my case it was located under the dash clear to the right side on the passenger side (if you are sitting in the passenger seat it would be directly above your right foot). To be super carefull you should disconnect the battery first. Next remove the plastic cover under the entire dash (see photos provided below) I think it is a 9/32 to remove the cover. You can now see the blower motor, there are three 7-32nd hex head screws holding the blower motor in place, also unplug the power harness to the blower motor. It was easy to remove and re-install. In my case it was a loose wire, you might want to check that first. Be carefull, if you remove the blower motor and leave it plugged into the power it might start spinning in your hand if it is a loose wire problem. I spent so much time researching on the net the location of this 1995 Cadillac blower motor that I thought I could help someone else in the future if I took pictures of the whole procedure. I put the pics here: http://www.amesweb.com/pics/Replacing_Blower_Motor_1995_Cadillac_Fleetwood_Brougham/index.html Here is the forum that I originally posted my question and answer: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/rwd-19xx-1985-deville-fleetwood-1985/63498-blower-motor-location-95-fleetwood.html?highlight=blower+motor+fleetwood Ed.
Look under the hood, passenger side at the firewall, you will see the blower motor, directly to the right going towards the drivers side ,you will see the blower control module, then the little small relay will be the next part over.
no it is not you replace the whole unit
might need to replace blower motor

You don't say the reason for the blower motor replacement. Did it not blow ? If that be the case, and you do have a new blower, check for 12 volts to blower. Could also Abe a malfunctioning blower module. Now if its blowing COLD air, well , replacing the blower moter wont make it blow warm. There could be numerous causes of that problem
A 1998 Cadillac Deville does not have a blower relay. The system has a fuse and a controller to feed power to the blower motor.
It's close to the blower motor.
behind the engine, next to the brake booster, a ring of 7mm screws finess it out wriggling it a little. replace the control module at the same time!!
