How do you replace a heater core in a 1986 Buick LeSabre Limited?

First raise your hood, locate heater hoses( passenger side of car, they will be 2 hoses coming out of the firewall, one going to the water pump or intake. and the other to radiator. After draining radiater remove heater hoses from heater core tubing @ firewall. Then go inside the car(passenger side, behind & below dash, remove glove box and whatever ductwork is in the way). You should see the heater core black box right in front of you. Some of the boxes can be removed whole and some you will have to take the front cover off and that's the heater core. If you are still having trouble, try going to Chiltons Auto Repair or Haynes Auto Repair website.
