The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
It is quite simple:
- Remove the two top screws holding the outer ring of the panel
- remove the four screws holding the panel in place behind the steering wheel
- carefully unplug the electrical cable that attaches the panel
At the rear of te panel you will see a few bulbs. They are covered with a green outer covering.
- Twist the bulb and remove it from the cluster
Take it to Toyota and purchase the correct bulb
Reverse the above to replace. Remember to test the lights before you re-connect everything
