if you had the problem i had it wasnt the lock cylinderr but the ignition itself, replace your ignition and you may find that is it. I found that when i unbolted the steering wheel and dropped it down i could get a set of needle nose pliers in and push on the rod which unlocked the ignition. i rebolted the steering got a steering wheeel puller, you need one so you dont kill yourself. theres a spring behind the lock pin . so be careful take your time and good luck,,,,later
