Power window systems consist of regulators, relays, controls and associated wiring. It's actually a fairly involved project to install all of that.
There are also aftermarket power window systems that attach to the cranks. Those are a little easier to deal with, but still a major undertaking.
The main issue isn't with the door, it's with all that other stuff. Wiring is typically laid in before the interior, and so it can be kind of difficult to run wiring harnesses in a completed car.

You would need to remove the window regulator, and the motor. Replace them both and drill a hold through your door panel where the crank will come out.
