As soon as you lift the Hood , it is right there in the front , sitting on top of the Radiator . Black with two screws .

The 850 does not use a MAP sensor. It uses a MAF sensor that is located and attached to the air filter housing lid
p0108 is map sensor signal high. Replace map sensor
between intake runner 3 and 4

ck for vacuum at map sensor hose, if it is vacuum present replace the map sensor.
www.motorcraft.com does not list a MAP sensor for the 4.2 L V6 , 4.6 L or 5.4 L V8 engines for a 2003 F150 , they list an air mass sensor which I assume is the MAF sensor
the map sensor is located on top the intake manifold and reads off map sensor just disconnect wire then get a Philips screw driver and take off then replace and put back on
