If it is saying that the heater circuit has failed then this O2 sensor has failed. The o2 sensors have tip heaters in them. These are irreplaceable. Replace the whole sensor. This particular sensor is located on the driver's side exhaust in front of the Catalytic Convertor.

The heater in the oxygen sensor has failed. Its a good idea to replace BOTH oxygen sensors at the same time. If one has failed the other won't be lasting very long.

Bank 2 sensor 2 refers to the oxygen sensor on the passenger side of the exhaust system and after the catalytic converter. heater circuit is the oxygen sensor or the wiring going to it, it is what is called a heated oxygen sensor. Saab used heated oxygen sensors on this year car. There is a heated Bosch Universal sensor that will fit; you cut the plug off your old one and wire it to the new sensor. If you mean "how can I replace the sensor on my car with the $15 version that doesn't have a heater on it?"...unless you really like check-engine lights you can't. The car's computer will notice the sensor isn't talking to the heater circuit, assume the sensor's burned out, and start throwing codes all over the place.
