tricky, it might be in the manual..good luck everyone should have a manual for their vechicle, and the library should have a professional shop manual available in the reference section for FREE to make copies of--the PRO manual has more detailed info, and may have wiring diagrams when needed...read up and fix 'em like a PRO...good luck Dave :)
The cost to replace a double pane of window glass depends on many factors. The price will be relative to the size of the window that needs replacing, the quality of the glass and the company that one uses to replace it.
Possible causes. 1.Bad Fuse 2.Bad Motor 3.Bad Switch 4.Window has slid out of its track If the window rolls up to a certain point but stops then it may have slid out of track and is hitting a rubber or plastic guide. In the event of the window sliding out of its track. This can be confirmed by looking down the seal of the door with a flash light. Try to roll the window up and see if its hitting anything. It may be something else but it seems these are the most likely.
The led light in the window switch is not replaceable. It is only serviced with the entire switch.
You will have to replace the regulator assembly.
Most people go with vertical blinds because they are the most cost-effective way. However, there are other options. If you would like to treat the window itself instead of the underlying sun or privacy problem- think about hiring a professional window tinting service. It is a tough DIY project.

How to remove 2000 ford ranger rear window. Need to replace would like to replace with a sliding window need instructions how to do it
yes
depending on what window your replacing, top rear sliding, middle sliding or lower sliding, the steps are a little different. To get the lower ones out, the manual says; move middle and upper sliding window to full down position, remove "flocked rubber" from both sides, to just above the top of the upper and middle sliding windows, cut the rubber approx. 2" above the the top of the upper and middle sliding windows. Start with the upper sliding window, remove one of the latches and raise the window until it clears the flocked rubber, the upper window can be removed by guiding the side without the latch into the deep portion of the channel until the other side clears the channel and can be removed.
If it's the opening type, unscrew the latches and take it off.

I just shattered the rear sliding window of my Ford F250 and was told by Dave of Quality Glass in LaPorte IN that the current generation of rear sliding windows are designed so the glass cannot be removed to be replaced, so the answer given me was, I need to purchase a new sliding window assembly. I checked into replacing the sliding window with just straight glass and it actually cost me more than aftermarket sliding windows. This is not the definitive answer, but the working answer in my situation.
