Check and see if there is a shear pin on the shaft of the wheel you removed if there is it has probably fallen out and you will have to replace then it should work.

Hi you are trying to change transmission in your 2000 2.4 cirrus but you can only get 2 of the bolts to fit into the flywheel the other 2 wont line up do you got to loosen the tranny?

try rotating the flywheel as the holes will only line up in a certain position on some vehicles. I hope this solves your problem
