You have to first remove the door panel (screws in the pull handle 'cup' and in the area where the door lock is. Start at the bottom and pop the body points by using a flat head screwdriver to open a gap and put your hand in and pull away from the metal door core. Lift up on the interior door trim and remove. Unplug the door tweeter speaker, remove the door button cluster by pulling up on the edge closest to the front of the truck and lifting forward and up on the entire cluster. Remove the plugs for the electric windows and locks if you have them.
Near the A pillar there is a small triangular panel that will pull down and off. Remove it and you will see the screws for the mirrors. Remove the screws, unplug the electric mirror plug and remove the mirror.
Replace mirror and button it all back up.
