The Power Line comes with a #00000 blade and the Classic comes with a # 000 blade.
To be honest the only difference between these two clippers are the prices.
Some places that have the Oster Classic 76 hair clipper in stock would be most any beauty supply house like Sally's Beauty Supply. You can also purchase them on eBay or Amazon as well.
They take different blades, the housing is shaped different, but the motor is the same so it really comes down to comfort.

OA modified is built to cut thicker hair. other than that, both (literally) cut the same length.
