It's pretty simple. lower the tail gate, remove the 2 tailgate cables. Use a 1/2 inch wrench, and remove the two tail gate locks. Then remove the two Phillips head screws. The tail light assembly will slide out. Pull the light out, it may be a little difficult, since the seal gets tight with time.
Once the assembly is removed, you simply unscrew the bulb holder. The bulb is a 3057, and is a slide in bulb. Replace the bulb, and reverse the procedure to re-install.
