Most likely the plastic piece on the end of the cable broke off under the hood where it connects to the throttle body. This is a common problem on the Venture. Just go buy another one at the Chevy parts counter and pop it on.
On the engine end of the upper rad hose. When replacing it make sute the spring goes toward the engine.
Front end is out of alignment. Take it to a trusted alignment shop and have an alignment performed.

Hi, The flasher unit is mounted above the base of the steering column. It will look like a little square or rectangle and will plugged into the end of a cable. You will have to remove the knee bolster on the driver side to get to it. Good Luck, Greg
