The 2001 Plymouth Neon has either hook-end or 1/4" side lock attachments on the wiper arms. Both are extremely easy to install wipers on. Make sure you get the right replacement wiper blades with the correct lengths (22" drivers side and 19" passenger side) as well as attachments (for hook or 1/4" side pin). The wiper motor is located beneath the steering column of a Chrysler Sebring. To replace the motor, you need the proper wrenches and a replacement motor. You take out the bolts holding the motor in place, take out the motor, then reassemble with the new one.
