The 2001 Plymouth Neon has either hook-end or 1/4" side lock attachments on the wiper arms. Both are extremely easy to install wipers on. Make sure you get the right replacement wiper blades with the correct lengths (22" drivers side and 19" passenger side) as well as attachments (for hook or 1/4" side pin). Be sure to always lookup the exact part numbers for the brand of wipers you decide to purchase by asking the clerk, using the book, or by looking it up online. ∙ 15y agoRemove the 2 bolts that hold the container, then remove the electrical connector and the rubber hose, and drain the water. The pump will slide out of the container and the rubber groumet should remain in the the tank. Then hook everthing up and mount the tank, then fill with water. ∙ 9y agoThe wiper motor is located beneath the steering column of a Chrysler Sebring. To replace the motor, you need the proper wrenches and a replacement motor. You take out the bolts holding the motor in place, take out the motor, then reassemble with the new one.
