It sounds like the alternator belt is slipping with the high electrical load. Tighten or replace the alternator belt.
Chances are, this is happening because the belt is wet. Chrysler added a splash shield to these to prevent this from happening, but if water gets up in that area it can still occur. I would replace your belt with a new one, and if the problem persists, I would contact a local Chrysler dealer and ask them.
