All you have to do is look at your exhaust manifold there is a sensor screwed into your manifold ,that is plugged into a connector on the left side of motor unsrew the sensor and unplug the sensor wire and that is all you do and replace with a new sensor really simple fix

check crank sensor and air mass meter.

The 1991 Cadillac Deville oxygen sensors are located on the firewall and the air cleaner housing. The firewall oxygen sensor will be on the drivers side. The air cleaner oxygen sensor will be on the back of the air cleaner housing.
the 02 senser is on the manifold by the firewall on the passenger side under the hood [ behind and undr the spark plugs]
There would be no reason to replace it unless it is not working.
