first engine off press brake couple times remove. Air box,battery and try keeping cruse control attached lay on engine far as possible remove intake with cables attached keeping together this saves time unpluging wire harnesses as you get to them they all only fit rite places undo vacuum lines to egr take it out unplug brake fluid sensor take off master cylinder (the container you put brake fluid)pull straight out push down untill the hard break line tucks under trans mount where the battery box was your gunna need all the room as possible to install booster now the master cylinder has a O ring that should of came with new booster its recessed you can't realty see it since its faceing fire wall replace it more than likely that ring was the problem make shure it seats well I use a little motor oil off dip stick make shure plunger is in its groove on end of rod twisting the flaired end on tight inside on break peddle there's a rod attached with clip use care removing use flat screwdriver to unclip not take off then slide off remove rod unbolted 4 bolts outside remove booster now this is the trick for install position booster with vacuum inlet up to left cocked with the rod towards driver side with circle straight up and down on fire wall where it bolts to you will see a small slit between 6&9 o'clock get a long flatness screwdriver frome right to left insert screwdriver threw circle on booster to that slot use as leaverage to compress booster inwards at same time push towards hole and guide her in my take some pressure to do it but this is the trick
