How do you replace brake light on 2004 Nissan Maxima?

Which one? IN the rear window or rear bumper area? Rear bumper area just look for screws on the outside of the light, if you don't see any, open the trunk and see if you find some plastic knob like screws and then undo them all until you can pull the light out of the case if that needs to be done, otherwise look for wiring in the trunk at the back where the light would mount and see if there are any wires there with a big plug on them that you turn and pull out of the light itself. One of these is the way to do it, then go get your bulb from the Auto parts store, and if you don't understand what I am talking about, go to your local autoparts store and talk to someone there for assistance, most times they will help you install it, FREE.
