Pull the instrument cluster out of the way; you'll probably have to pull the speedometer cable out of the cluster. Drain the reservoir of brake fluid and remove the old master cylinder. Follow directions in rebuild kit or directions with the new unit. Install the new cylinder and bench bleed it BEFORE you reconnect the lines. After you connect the lines, you have to bleed the whole system if there is any softness in the pedal. Watch where brake fluid goes because it is very slippery and will remove paint. Use only new brake fluid and recycle the old fluid, please.
