First try turning the light switch knob and see if your lights don't come back on. If that fails there are several small plastic pieces that are a half twist screwed in to the circuit board. They are about half an inch round pieces with a small bridge on them to allow you to get a grip on them. Once you remove the instrument cluster you will see them.
