how do i install the timing pins on a875 bob cat skid loader to replace the timing belt
get a 1/2 drive rachet and a socket that fits the tentioner pully hand pull the pully to slack the belt pull the belt off and let the pully back in placethen you can loosen the nut ans tap the pully off if needed
Draw a scetch of the belt path first first. Remove the 4 bolt pully that will not allow the removal of the belt. Install new belt and replace pully.
To tighten a loose drive belt, find the pully that is connected to the belt. Tighten the pully and then hold the belt in place using the adjuster belt. Check out the related video to see an example of how this is done.
if ur talking about a serpetine belt u remove the old one by releasing the tension on the belt by put a 1/2 drive ratchet into the tensioner pully and release the tension on the belt and remove it then follow the diagram on how to run the belt and then pull the tensioner and place belt with that pully into the pully drive run and then release and ur new belt is on

how to change the drive belt and new idler pulley on a 2002 763 bobcat. how hard 1 -10
Serepentine bels do not have tension adjustments, there is a tension pully That is preloaded with a coil spring in it. If the belt is loose, the pully spring may have lost it tension. Replace the pully assembley.
first you should release the belt tension pully and remove the belt. Then the idler pully has a bolt through the center remove the bolt and the pully should come off.
How do you get big nut loose on engine pully 0n 83 FXSB Shovelhead primary belt drive
There is a belt tensioner (Drive pulley) on top of the serpentine belt, That is the only thing holding the belt tight. Use a wrench or vice grips or socket to hold the pully bolt and lift up, (CAUTION) the pully is spring loaded and if not careful will cause injury if fingers are anywhere near it if it slips out of your grip. Just raise the pully up and the belt will come loose, after you get the belt off, you just slip the new belt on the same way you took off the old one. (NOTE) once the belt is on release the pully so that the belt is tight but make sure that the belt is on the ac pully, the power steering pully then the fan pully then the drive (crank shaft) pully then the alt pully and that is all. good luck. also you can click here for the diagram of the serpentine belt diagram. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t1940043-digram_serpitine_belt_1992_oldsmobile The diagram is for an 1992 Oldsmobile but that is the same as the 1994 ford e-150
