Break loose the Lock nut, with a 1/2" wrench or socket, and use a 10mm socket to loosen the longer tension bolt, and the belt will fall off

It looks like I must remove the front right tire to gain access to the two belts. Is this the case ,if so how difficult would it be to replace the two worn belts?

Look for your belts, the water pump is driven by what used to be called fan belts, so there are a series of belts on the side that your water pump is located, so look on each side of your motor for fan belts that is the side that your water pump is located
