Remove the passenger side wheel well liner and it's to your left, remove lines and replace.
Up where the oil filter is located.
Its inside the passenger side front fender. Remove the plastic cover. Replace as you would any other Lincoln filter.
Jack the passenger side front, remove the fender liner and it will be there on the left.
Hope you have small hands and the right tools.

Check the crank sensor. This what happened on my 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII.
replace them or put injector cleaner in your gas like you would with any other gas vehicle
