it is located on the passenger side of the vehical. it is a silver, cylinder shaped object with a hose attached to top and bottom. there are screw clamps around both hoses, probably Philips. unscrew top hose clamp and pull hose off gently. be aware, you should have towel, there is a bit of gas store in hose and filter. after detatching top hose, pull filter from its holder and loosen bottom clamp and remove filter from hose. follow same steps in reverse order when installing new. there will be plastic cups covering opening of new filter, these should be removed.
