The bolt on the passenger side broke off flush but I was able to remove the remaining part of the threads using some liquid wrench and a small chisel to
slowly tap it around
If that hadn't worked I would have drilled a hole and used an *easy out* screw extractor to remove it.
Now, I just hope I can find a replacement pivot bolt without too much trouble.
(the rear hatch weighs a ton!)
Maybe Napa??
go to a freaking mechanic.
Check answer for Ford Aerostar. All rear hatch shocks are similar. Some have a clamp that needs to be removed, some have a screw that releases the shock from the ball joint. Be sure to support the hatch while doing this or have someone hold it up.
Our mechanic had to climb through the inside of the car, into the trunk area and open it by removing the hatch cover. That's the only way he could replace the latch.
Are you asking about the hinged brackets, or the lift struts? EITHER WAY - open the glass hatch and securely prop it up so that it cannot fall. Lifting up the hatch will clearly reveal the hardware that the glass attaches to (or supports it). Remove the appropriate nuts/bolts/screws and replace.

When their eggs are broken up, they hatch!
It depends on where its broke at. Is the cable broken at the mechanical part or is it broken before that?
How to replace a brake light on a nissan Tiida hatch back.
I have to pull a fuse to get mine to work and then replace it. It only works once, so every time I want in the hatch, I have to open the hood, open the fuse box, remove and then replace the fuse. I can then open the hatch once.
technically no it depends on the tamagotchi and when its birthday is. if its not a v5 tama then it will hatch with in ten minutes. if it is any other (not music star) tama then the birthday you put in is the time it will hatch even if its like 11 months later! other than that in might be broken
I have a 96 Chevy Blazer S-10 and the latch to open the window in the back hatch will not work. How do I replace the motor?? or whatever to repair?
Open the hatch and look for a tear or broken section on the rubber molding that goes around the perimeter.
