If you are sure it is the heating element it is a serviceable item. The seat can be removed and the seat cushion can be disassembled to remove the heating element. Follow the wire into the seat to find the element.
Remove seat from car. Remove leather seat covering cushion. Seat heating element is located under leather. If unfamiliar, leave to a professional.

It may be the wires have come unplugged. Most likely you have to replace the heater element in the base of the seat. You must remove the seat to get into the bottom to replace the element.
the srs system is faulty due to a bad seat belt buckle. take your element to the dealer and have them replace it. there is no charge for this service.

Car seat heating works by using electrical heating elements. They are positioned in the bottom and back of the seat and receive power directly from the vehicle.

Using a digital ohmmeter, check the resistance across the four way heated seat feed connector under the seat. The resistance between terminals "A" and "B" should be 0.90 ohms to 1.90 ohms. If the resistance value falls outside of this range, perform the Repair Procedure. NOTE: SOME VEHICLES USE CARBON FIBER HEATING ELEMENTS. Easily seats 5 safely and legally--- One more would crowd the back seat and not have a seatbelt.
