First, if you are speaking of the high pressure Power Steering hose, you just need to unbolt the old and replace it, then replace the fluid.
If you are referring to the High Pressure Air Conditioner hose, you will need specific tools. You will need a way to capture the Freon from the a/c system so it can be recycled properly. You will need a seal kit for the new hose. You will probably need to get a new "dryer" assembly because when you unbolt the old hose, the dryer sucks moisture out of the surrounding air and the moisture cannot be removed. Either scenario,,,,get an Haynes Manual(Auto Zone, NAPA-~$25) and the procedures are in there.
